Rod Rhen, President of Neighborly Home Care, to Attend Home and Community-Based Elderly Care Services Conference
Ardmore, PA – Rod Rhen, President and founder of Neighborly Home Care, attended a home and community-based services provider meeting on Friday June 13, 2014, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The event was hosted at the Radisson Hotel in Harrisburg at 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011 by the Office of Long-Term Living in partnership with the Pennsylvania Homecare Association. The event addressed updates on a variety of elderly care issues, arising from the delivery of Home and Community Based Services sponsored by the Pennsylvania Office of Long Term Living.
The itinerary focused on topics such as the Balancing Incentive Program, Quality Management Efficiency team audits, waiver updates, provider enrollment, and the Long-Term Care Commission’s work. Groups and associations that are interested in sponsoring or providing assistance with future home care and community service conferences can contact the Office of Long-Term living for more information on how they can become involved in agenda planning, logistics, registration, or other sponsorship roles. Those who attended were be served a continental breakfast and lunch in between the day’s scheduled events.
Rhen’s attendance of the conference informed him on the latest issues in elderly care and proposed solutions to difficulties faced by caregivers.
